Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If this is not the case, we will gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange, provided it:

  • Is in new condition
  • Hasn't been washed, worn or altered
  • Is accompanied by the original invoice and tags
  • Is returned according to the time schedule below
  • Is not a Final Sale item

Returns Process

All purchases (except otherwise specifically stated) can be returned for a refund or exchange. Should you wish to return an item, simply contact customer service at 443 808 8630 or email with your order number and a return shipping label will be emailed to you directly.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

All items listed under "Sale" are a Final Sale item and not eligible for return. This will be clearly stated on all items in the description section. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving your items or they cannot be returned.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Should you have made the purchase using a gift certificate, the balance will be credited to your gift card account.
